Prices & booking conditions

The prices quoted include the statutory taxes but exclude the local guest tax of € 2.20 per person from 15 years and exclude also the final cleaning fee. 

In the case of a confirmed written reservation, we ask you to make a deposit of 50% within 7 days. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival. 

Note on local tax:
Change in local tax from € 2.20 to € 2.60 as of May 1, 2025 and from December 1, 2025 to € 3.20.
The change in the tourist tax also applies to bookings already made.

Cancellation conditions

 

  • No cancellation fees will be charged up to 2 months before the start of the holiday.
  • 60 days to 31 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the total arrangement price.
  • 30 days to 08 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the total arrangement price.
  • From 07 days to 1 day before the day of arrival, we charge 90% of the total package price.
  • In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total price.
  • The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH will take place
